Introduce yourself and provide the QR menu, physical menu (if requested), and children’s menu with crayons (if applicable).
Immediately ask if they are familiar with LV (Los Verdes). If they are, offer assistance in suggesting a new item; if not, explain the concept and type of cuisine.
Next, inquire if the customer would like a drink while they look over the menu.
Serve drinks within 5 minutes, always with the label facing forward. When placing drinks on the table, ensure the labels are facing forward.
Explain any daily specials or unavailable items.

“Here is the menu, my name is X and I will assist you”

“Would you like something to drink while you see the menu? May I offer you a … or a…”

If there’s bar service with orders taken, the drink is promptly delivered or brought to the table.
