Welcome to Los Verdes
OVERVIEW
This course will provide us with the necessary tools to deliver distinctive experiences to our guests at all times. It will teach us how to carry out quality teamwork and exceed the expectations of our guests and colleagues.
Completing this course is mandatory for all Los Verdes employees as it will equip us with the necessary tools to be a fundamental part of our day-to-day operations and the culture of Los Verdes.
- LOS VERDES
The Food and Beverage team at Los Verdes, in all positions, perform many tasks to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. They provide information about the products offered, make recommendations to assist customers with what they need and want, answer questions, solve problems…
To be successful in any service role at Los Verdes, you must have the right attitude. You must be willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. You must understand what good service is and how to create it.
There are many people involved in the process of making our customers feel good during their time at the restaurant.
Our restaurant exists solely because of customers, especially repeat customers who willingly choose to return here and spend their money on our food and drinks. Without the customer, we don’t have a restaurant; they are the only reason we are here. Therefore, taking care of our customers is our top priority, indeed a privilege, never an interruption. At Los Verdes Restaurant, the customer always comes first!

Mesero
Waiter/Waitress
They will be one of our visible faces and will be in direct and constant contact with our guests. Therefore, it is essential that they know who we are and why Los Verdes is so important in our community.
Their main function is to provide quality service. Their tasks include taking customer orders and delivering them promptly, suggestive selling, cleaning tables, table setting, alignment, customer relations.
Counter Server
Like waiters/waitresses, they represent the image we must convey through Los Verdes and contribute to that invaluable first (and many more) great impression. Since they are facing the guests, they should know the menu just like our waitstaff, as they will undoubtedly be consulted.
They will be responsible for the proper handling of the restaurant’s cash register and assist in various tasks to make the customer experience unforgettable.
Manager Team
To exceed guest expectations, we have a team of managers who will assist us in enjoying our work and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
Among their duties are supervising restaurant operations, training staff in their tasks, taking inventories, scheduling staff, appearance and uniform control, guiding staff, maintaining restaurant discipline, suggestive selling, customer relations. Ensuring that restaurant equipment is in good, clean, and safe condition. Communication with the kitchen team. Providing assistance to all service team members.
Kitchen Leader
They lead the kitchen and are responsible for ensuring that everything happens according to Los Verdes’ standards, achieving the order, cleanliness, and quality of work and products that characterize us.
One of their most important points is to generate high-quality teamwork, being able to enjoy the time there and express that in the products made.
They must be the ones to comply with and enforce all legal requirements.
Line Staff
They will be on the right hand of our Kitchen Leader and will be responsible for executing the cooking of food to exceed our guests’ expectations.
They must maintain order, cleanliness, and a good working environment always.
